Hope Services, a leading provider of services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs, is proud to announce its recognition as a winner of the Top Workplaces 2023 award in San Francisco Bay Area Top Workplaces. This accolade was presented to just 128 companies this year, and underscores Hope\u2019s commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.<\/span><\/p>

The Top Workplaces 2023 award is the result of a rigorous evaluation process, relying solely on confidential employee feedback garnered through a survey conducted by Energage LLC, a respected leader in employee engagement assessment. This survey evaluated 15 key culture drivers critical to organizational success, including alignment, execution, and connection, among others.<\/span><\/p>

“Being named a Top Workplace is a reflection of our employees’ voices and their satisfaction with the culture we’ve collectively built,” remarked Chip Huggins, President and CEO of Hope Services. “This achievement not only validates our ongoing efforts but also inspires us to aim higher and continuously enhance our commitment to fostering a thriving workplace.\u201d<\/span><\/p>

Hope Services has served the Bay Area community for over seven decades, providing vital services to individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. The organization was founded on the principle of equality and inclusivity, with a commitment to empowering individuals to reach their full potential.<\/span><\/p>

Over the years, Hope Services has consistently invested in its employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Notably, t<\/span>he organization has committed over $4.38 million to permanent pay increases since 2018. The employee-led <\/span>Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee<\/a> continues to make significant strides in promoting equity, individual growth, and a sense of respect for all. Additionally, the establishment of a $250,000 annual Employee Scholarship Fund supports professional development, enabling access to higher education and opportunities for career advancement. Adding to these efforts, we’re excited to introduce new benefits this year, including free counseling services, pet insurance plans, and gym membership reimbursement, intended to further enhance the physical and emotional wellbeing of our staff.<\/span><\/p>
