We are confident that Aila&#8217;s leadership will continue to advance our goals and support our participants effectively.&#8221;<\/p><p>Aila\u2019s expertise extends beyond national borders, with significant contributions to international conservation, employment, and poverty alleviation efforts. She holds a BS in Environmental Science from UC Santa Barbara and earned her JD from Santa Clara University. Aila is also a member of the California Bar Association, a recipient of the 2011 ABA Child Advocate of the Year Award, and a Berkeley Law Foundation fellow.<\/p><p>&#8220;I am honored to step into the role of Interim CEO at Hope Services,&#8221; said Aila. &#8220;I look forward to working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and community to continue our important work and ensure a smooth transition for all involved.&#8221;<\/p><p>As Hope Services continues its search for a permanent CEO, the organization remains committed to improving the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities.
