We highlighted our partnership with San Jose State University through the SPARTANS OCLS program, which supports neurodiverse students in preparing for competitive, integrated employment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"700\">The SPARTANS OCLS program offers a personalized academic, social, and work-experience curriculum that aligns with each student\u2019s strengths, goals, and support needs\u2014helping them grow in the areas that matter most.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-11463 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hopeservices.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5380-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"261\" height=\"174\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hopeservices.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5380-scaled.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/hopeservices.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5380-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/hopeservices.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5380-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/hopeservices.wpenginepowered.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_5380-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 261px) 100vw, 261px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"984\">Hope\u2019s Peer Mentors\u2014our dedicated Direct Support Staff\u2014led the presentation, sharing their experiences and the impact of their work. Panelists included Alex, Catherine, Anna, Nhi, Katherine, and Prabhav, a Hope client and program participant who represented students on the panel.<\/p>\n<p>Also in attendance were SJSU professors Jihyun and Sudha, Prabhav\u2019s mother, Myra (Lead TDS Staff),<\/p>\n<p>members of the Hope Services team. We are grateful to all our partners, staff, students, and families for helping advance inclusive postsecondary pathways.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1293\">About TASH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1549\">TASH is a national organization advocating for the inclusion, equity, and human rights of people with disabilities.
