We currently help approximately 3,500 participants and their families, from infants through seniors, who reside in the eight counties we serve: Santa Clara, San Benito, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, Monterey, Alameda, San Francisco, and Marin<\/p>\n<h2>Our Qualifications<\/h2>\n<p>All Hope Services programs have been approved, authorized, and accredited (as appropriate) by the state of California, the local regional centers, county health departments, and CARF. To obtain these, Hope must demonstrate high-quality service and management.<\/p>\n<h2>How To Get Help<\/h2>\n<p>Begin by contacting your local regional center. They provide assessment and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and will have more information regarding your eligibility for Hope&#8217;s services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you reside in Santa Clara, San Benito, Monterey, or Santa Cruz county, contact the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sarc.org\/\">San Andreas Regional Center<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you reside in San Mateo county, contact the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ggrc.org\/\">Golden Gate Regional Center<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you reside in Alameda county, contact the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rceb.org\/\">Regional Center of the East Bay<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more about our services, use the links below. If you have more questions, please feel free to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hopeservices.org\/contact-us\/\">contact us<\/a>.<\/p>\n\t<h3>Our Program Accreditations and Authorizations Assure:<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hopeservices.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Hope-Services-Flyer-v12.5.19.pdf\">Download Hope Services Brochure (PDF)<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Client rights are honored.<\/li>\n<li>Services are needs-based.<\/li>\n<li>Clients have input regarding their individualized Person Centered Plan<\/li>\n<li>Clients have choice in services.<\/li>\n<li>The frequency of service will be determined by Hope, the Regional Center, and client input.<\/li>\n<li>Services are provided at Hope sites, in the community, or in your home, depending on the service.<\/li>\n<li>Employment services funded by the Department of Rehabilitation\u00a0may also be offered to qualifying clients.<\/li>\n<li>Hours of service vary depending on your Person Centered Plan.
