Participants begin and end their day at a Hope site.<\/p>\n<h2>Program Options Include:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-Advocacy<\/li>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Instructional Classes<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer Activities<\/li>\n<li>Employment Exploration<\/li>\n<li>Part-Time Work<\/li>\n<li>Leisure\/Recreational Activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each program offers individualized support for personal care, mobility, communication, and behavior. All programs are licensed through the Community Care Licensing Division of the California Department of Social Services.<\/p>\n<h2>Locations<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Las Colinas (Santa Clara County)<\/li>\n<li>Pajaro Valley Community Access (PVCA) (Santa Cruz County)<\/li>\n<li>Mobile Work Group (Santa Cruz County)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Program Schedule<\/h2>\n<p>Program schedule is Monday through Friday, 5.5 or 6 hours per day.<\/p>\n<h2>Transportation<\/h2>\n<p>Transportation is typically funded through the local regional center, and is arranged either through Paratransit (contracted by the local regional center), or by taking public transportation or rides from family and friends.<\/p>\n\t<h3>Service Eligibility<\/h3>\n<p>Service eligibility is determined by a regional center.
