It is also National Human Relations month!<\/p><p>So, what is Human Relations Month all about? It is a time where people, companies and communities across the world celebrate Diversity; where month-long the celebration of seminars, trainings, and efforts take place to help strengthen human relationships and build a stronger community and workplace.<\/p><p>This is critical to maintain a positive workplace, and to retain employees in encouraging quality workplace culture and productivity. The five human relations are physiological, safety, love, self-esteem and self-actualization.
