During the pandemic, Elise was saddened to find out she was furloughed and could not go back to work. During this difficult time, Elise was thankful to have the support of Blanca, her Hope Services Job Coach, who would meet with Elise weekly to provide support. Now, Microsoft has lifted the restriction and Elise is able to come back to work. She has been busy working with Blanca to catch up on all of the new policies and procedures set by Microsoft.Elise’s dream is to become a storyboard artist at Pixar, and during the pandemic, she has been working to improve her skills and develop her portfolio.
